Family Fun Day at Northwest Trek

When: Saturday May 16th at 1pm

Where: We will meet in front of the admissions booth.

Join us for a family fun day at Northwest Trek! This event is open to all PSHFES members and their families. We will see bison, elk, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and other animals roaming around on 435 acres of beautiful meadows, woods, and lakes. Bring your camera and get ready to have an adventure.

This is a social event scheduled to give us all time to enjoy the outdoors and meet each other’s families in a relaxed environment.

Admission price includes parking, tram tour, and admission to park.

From Tacoma or Seattle

Traveling south on I-5, take exit 127 (WA- 512 E towards Puyallup). Turn left onto WA-512 E. Take the WA-7/Pacific Ave. exit toward Parkland/Spanaway. Turn right onto WA-7 S/Pacific Ave. S. Follow WA-7 S. Turn left onto 304th St. E. Turn right onto WA-161 S/Meridian Ave. E. Turn left onto Trek Drive E. and follow the road to the park.

From Olympia

Traveling north on I-5, take exit 111 and go east on SR 510. Follow SR 510 for about 16 miles to Yelm. In Yelm, SR 510 becomes SR 507. Continue straight through Yelm on SR 507 for about 3 miles until you reach McKenna. Turn right at the first stoplight in McKenna onto SR 702. Travel for 10 miles on SR 702 until SR 7. Cross SR 7 at the blinking light and turn right following the Eatonville Cut Off road. Proceed until you reach SR 161 at Barney's Corner. Turn left onto SR 161. Northwest Trek is about 2 miles north on the right side of the highway.
